Move a Session Roster from One Event to Another Event

There are some situations where a session roster needs to be moved from one event session to a new event session, such as when a session has been created under the wrong event or when the session is needed for a new topic.

  1.  Open the roster you want to move to a new event.
    1. Hover over the ILT tab.
    2. Click Manage Events & Sessions.

    3. Click the Sessions icon on the same line as your event.

    4. Click the View Roster icon on the same line as your session.

  2. Save the sign-in sheet by clicking the Print Sign-In Sheet link and saving the Excel file.

  3. Bulk upload the learners to the new session. 

     

    Helpful Note:

    Copy and paste the User IDs from the Registered Attendees column of the sign-in-sheet to the User ID column of the Bulk Add Users template.

  4. Remove learners from the original session.
  5. Cancel the session, if needed.
