    To avoid login interruptions, OTDI recommends that everyone updates the Duo Mobile app on their phone or tablet to version 4.85.0 or higher by Feb. 2, 2026. Older versions of Duo Mobile may stop receiving push notifications, which could prevent access to BuckeyePass protected services like BuckeyeMail, CarmenCanvas, and Workday.
