Operational Data Store (ODS) Retired June 1
Ric Hunter|May 30, 2025The ODS (DWHCRPT) and Data Mart (DWDMOSU) have been retired as of this Sunday, June 1, at 5 p.m. Student data that was accessible in the ODS (DWHCRPT) and the Data Mart (DWDMOSU) has transitioned to the RAE (Reporting and Analytics Environment). Ric Hunter|May 13, 2025The ODS (DWHCRPT) and data mart (DWDMOSU) will be retired on June 1, 2025. Student data currently housed in the ODS (DWHCRPT) and the data mart (DWDMOSU) has transitioned to the RAE (Reporting and Analytics Environment). Since Autumn 2024, the primary communication tool for updates regarding this transition to the RAE is the ODS users mailing list that we’ve also been using to reach ODS users directly. Richard Hunter|August 4, 2022During the week of September 5, the Data and Analytics team made significant progress in loading and validating the Journal Line reload to the Reporting and Analytics Environment (RAE). The final validations were successful with some explainable variances due to test environments. With the upcoming Workday 2022R2 update this Saturday, 9/10, we need some additional time to work around this critical event.

Richard Hunter|March 30, 2022In the coming weeks, the Data and Analytics team within the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) will be reloading the core Journal Line dataset from Workday into the Reporting and Analytics Environment (RAE), starting with January 2021 data and finishing through current day.
