New University Fonts Now Available for Download in Self Service

This article applies to Managed IT Services (MITS) partners.

The Office of Marketing and Communications has launched a new brand website which includes enterprise-wide access to the new Buckeye fonts - Buckeye Sans and Buckeye Serif. The new brand site also includes guidance on how to use these Buckeye fonts.

MITS partners can now download the fonts via self-service. There are different self-service tools for Windows PCs and Macs.

Instructions for downloading fonts via self-service on a Windows PC:

  1. Open the self-service tool Software Center.
  2. You will see a search bar in the upper right corner of the screen. Type in “Buckeye Fonts” and hit Enter
  3. You will see an icon titled “Buckeye Fonts”. Click Install to begin installing the fonts.

Instructions for downloading fonts via self-service on a Mac:

  1. Open the self-service tool Ohio State Application Self Service.
  2. You will see a search bar on the left side of the screen. Type in “Buckeye Fonts” and hit Enter
  3. You will see an icon titled “Buckeye Fonts”. Click Install to begin installing the fonts.

When the install is completed, the fonts will automatically be available for use.
