  • Windows 11 Now Available: Update by November 1, 2024

    Windows 10 is approaching end of life for devices which means it will no longer be supported or compatible. Windows 11 is now available in self-service for all MITS Windows users. All users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. This update requires you to reboot your device, which can take up to one hour to complete.

    Apple is implementing additional security measures along with its software updates. The new "Rapid Security  Responses" deliver important security improvements between software updates. If you have a managed Mac, iPad or iPhone, you may see pop-ups on your device.

  • MacOS Ventura Now Available

    The following applies to all Managed IT Services partners

    The MacOS Ventura update is now available in Ohio State Application Self Service/JAMF for all OCIO-managed Mac devices. You can install this update at your convenience now through Tuesday, January 24, 2023. On January 24, you will be required to install the update if you have not already done so and will be notified via a pop-up window.
