In partnership with Ohio State Purchasing and Business and Finance, this initiative streamlines and automates on-demand software purchasing processes. This project compliments the Streamline Software Management initiative. The goals of the project are to reduce costs, improve user experience, and minimize administrative overhead. By standardizing software requests and automating key purchasing tasks—such as matching purchase orders to services, collecting user lists, and reducing unit-level negotiations—we allow strategic staff in IT, finance, and procurement to focus on high-impact work.
