Device Pickup Information

Before picking up your loan device, you must request a loan and complete the DocuSign agreement you received in your student email account. You can view and sign your DocuSign agreement by logging in to using your as your email/username. 

Please note that we have a limited pool of devices, and there may be times where we are unable to meet demand for loan requests. When possible, we suggest picking up your loan early in the semester while devices are still available. Thank you for your understanding.

Columbus Campus Pickup: 

Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday

Location: Enarson Classroom Building room 030 (Equipment Loan Window)

No appointment is necessary, but a photo ID is required. 


Regional Campus Pickup: 

Contact your local IT help desk to schedule a time for pickup. Find regional help desk information on the IT@OSU site under In-Person Support.
