Info Session: Wellness in Learning Environments

We recently shared a retrospective about the Junior Interior Design Studio (JIDS) course, which is a partnership between OTDI’s Learning and Collaborative Environments, the Department of Design, and industry partners like MillerKnoll, Ohio State’s furniture vendor, and Gensler, a global architecture, design and planning firm. This collective is now partnering to host an information session that will take place at the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship on Thursday, April 3 and is open to anyone interested in joining.

Transformational Wellness:
Holistic Frameworks at the Intersection of Learning and Belonging

  • Thursday, April 3, Noon-1 p.m.
  • Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship, 1636 N High St

Michael Schur, Gensler’s Senior Associate for Global Wellness, will be presenting. This engaging conversation will explore how a multi-dimensional approach to wellness on campus can impact learning environments and transform student, faculty, and staff experiences at The Ohio State University. Attendees will see examples of other university strategies in addressing this challenge of wellness and belonging and join in the conversation around learning spaces at Ohio State.
