There are several great resources that can help you learn the ins and outs of using your iPad. The Digital Flagship Handbook shares tips for using your new tech in an academic setting and information on staying secure in a digital world.

For device features and settings, you can find a host of resources online. Use these types of articles to personalize your device to meet your needs. They’re also a great place to learn how to use your tech more efficiently and creatively. Check out this list for tutorials on everything from dark mode to recording your screen.

Still have questions? Try Digital Flagship’s drop-in hours. Trained Student Mentors host these hours in person and online throughout the semester. Registration isn’t required, so it’s easy to stop in with a quick question or to talk through the best way to create class projects on your device. Check the events calendar to find times.

Finally, if you experience a technical issue, the IT Service Desk can help. You can contact them online, by phone or by visiting a help desk location on your campus.

With these resources, you’ll become more comfortable with your technology and discover how to use it more effectively and efficiently. Use them this semester to set yourself up for success in 2020.
