Accessing OneDrive for Business

There are several ways to access OneDrive for Business:

• Use any web browser on any device and log into the university's Microsoft web portal.
  • Students log in using their lastname.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu username and password
  • Faculty/Staff login using their lastname.#@osu.edu username and password.

• Once logged in to your Microsoft 365 account online, the link to OneDrive for Business is available by selecting the app launcher

• Desktop client for OneDrive for Business installed on computers for both Mac and Windows. The page will default to the correct OS version.
• Microsoft 365 instructions can be seen by visiting Activate Office 2016 for Mac and Sign in to Office or Office 365

On mobile devices, there are several options to access OneDrive for Business:

• OneDrive app for iPhone and iPad.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint individual apps for iOS. Users can create and edit files.
• Microsoft Office Mobile app for Android with the ability to create, open, edit and save files for users.
