Microsoft Lists

Create and share lists that help you track issues, assets, routines, contacts, inventory, and more.

Starting from the Lists app in Microsoft 365, you can quickly create a list from scratch or get inspired by ready-made templates. You have the ability to create personal lists, which you can choose to share or not, or create lists in a Team for all members of the Team to use. The Lists app is available on mobile devices, as a web app, and as part of Microsoft Teams.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a personal list be shared then connect to a Team?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You would need to recreate the list in Teams and re-enter the data.
