The Ohio State University is pleased to welcome sponsors to our inaugural IT Conference, “Stronger Together: Merging Minds. Multiplying Impact,” taking place April 29–30, 2026, at the Ohio Union Archie M. Griffin Grand Ballroom (1739 N. High Street, Columbus, just one block north of the Michael E. Moritz College of Law).
Conference registration and agenda details and deadlines will be published in March. Each registered participant or organization will receive a table with a black tablecloth and 1–2 chairs, standard drayage costs for packages shipped in advance (arriving no earlier than April 20), and lunch. The conference will feature a variety of sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth across the Ohio State community.

Below you’ll find important information about parking, transportation, accommodations, and shipping materials to help ensure a smooth and successful visit to campus.
Directions and Parking
Parking is available in the Ohio Union South Parking Garage, located immediately north of the Ohio Union. You can also use our interactive Campus Maps to search for building locations and directions to the Ohio Union (1739 N. High Street, Columbus).
If arriving by taxi or rideshare, please instruct your driver not to drop you off on High Street (the east side of the Ohio Union). Instead, they should drop you off on 12th Avenue (the south side of the Ohio Union, just west of High Street). Alternatively, drivers may pull into the circular drive alongside the building for drop-off. This location may also be used for pickups following the conference.
Local Accommodations
In addition to Ohio State’s Blackwell Inn—located on the north side of campus, less than one mile from the Ohio Union—visitors often choose to stay in one of two nearby districts:
- Short North Arts District (2-2.5 miles from the Ohio Union)
- University Hospitality District (2.5-3 miles from the Ohio Union)
Shipping
If you plan to ship materials to the Ohio Union in advance of the conference, please complete the Ohio Union’s online Shipping and Receiving Form.

The Ohio Union assesses a drayage charge, which is covered by your event registration fee. Packages received prior to April 20 may incur additional charges. If that occurs, a member of the conference committee will contact you to discuss the added cost.
All materials will be delivered to the Ohio Union on the morning of the event and placed at your school’s/company’s table in the Grand Ballroom.
Please do not ship items “Next Day Guaranteed” (by any carrier or delivery time). Due to the high volume of campus deliveries, we cannot guarantee receipt by the specified time.
