Archival rules determine when a learning object is moved to the archived section of a learner’s transcript. The following rules show the current archival rules for learning objects in BuckeyeLearn.
Training moves from the active transcript to the archived transcript
- 5 days after they have been in an Inactive Training Status
- 1 Month after they have been in a status of Expired
- 3 days after they have been in a status of Canceled
- 0 days after they have been in a status of Withdrawn
- 7 days after they have been in a status of Incomplete
- 7 days after they have been in a status of Waitlist Expired
- 7 days after they have been in a status of No Show
