Privacy Impact Assessment Tool Roles and Permissions
- Record Creator: Can see and edit records for which they are listed.
- Requester: Can see and edit records for which they are listed.
- Privacy Pro: Can see and edit records for which they are listed.
- Senior Leader of Risk Management Entity (RME): Can see records for their Risk Management Entity
- Administrator: Can edit everything
- Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) View All: Can see everything
Note
For a record created by a user with a specific department (org ID) another user within that same department can also see that record.
