Bob Muhn
Bob Muhn serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the OCIO and ODEE. In this position, he oversees the short- and long-term strategic direction for administrative and technical services within the landscape of IT and eLearning. His leadership responsibilities include oversight and direction of shared services including finance, marketing and communication, relationship management, IT service management, human resources, and facilities management, and their related financial, human capital, and administrative management responsibilities.
Prior to joining Ohio State, Bob spent 18 years in the private sector as a commercial leader. His most recent experience in the start-up tech world involved leveraging software and Artificial Intelligence to bring disruptive innovation to the Marketing Research and Pricing & Promotion space. Bob has a passion for maximizing customer satisfaction, as evidenced by his activation of client service planning models designed to improve customer success and measure ROI. He has demonstrated consistent success identifying operational needs and implementing scalable solutions to maximize cost savings and efficiencies for growing organizations.
Bob has earned two degrees from Miami University, Marketing (B.A.) and Decision Sciences (B.A.), as well as a thematic sequence concentration in Management Information Systems.
