As the Chief Relationship Officer, Bill is responsible for Relationship Management and IT Business Strategy for the Office of the CIO. He leads the team that works with university colleges and departments to identify new service opportunities and maintain and enhance relationships between OCIO/ODEE and its customers and cross-functional teams. Working with strategic vendors, he plays a leading role in facilitating issue resolution, contract negotiation, integration, and collaboration opportunities. Before joining Ohio State, Bill spent 25 years working in the telecommunications and networking industry with Ohio Bell, Ameritech, SBC, and Time Warner telecom. An Ohio State alumnus, Bill’s undergraduate degree is from the Fisher College of Business.
