Training purchased or used from a third-party vendor must be tested by your area for both functionality with BuckeyeLearn and accessibility before it is purchased or accepted from the third-party vendor.
Functionality Testing
Third-party training must be tested, just like training produced by your area.
Since training will likely take longer to change than if problems are found with in-house training, schedule plenty of time for the testing process.
Third-party vendors will not be given access to conduct testing in BuckeyeLearn.
Accessibility Testing
Accessibility testing is also required for all third-party training. Contact your accessibility coordinator for information about testing.
If your training is not accessible and the vendor will not remedy it, you will be required to attempt to get an exception. Exceptions are not guaranteed to be approved. Discuss accessibility with your vendor early in the process.
The BuckeyeLearn Support team must confirm the accessibility testing results provided by the vendor.
