    Is Creative Cloud still available?

    Adobe Creative Cloud is still available for free to students in Digital Unions and campus computer labs. If you are a current user, your access will end June 28, 2024. After June 28, you will be able to open files from your Adobe account by using Creative Cloud in campus computer labs. University departments may have a limited number of Creative Cloud licenses available to their faculty, staff and students. Significantly discounted Creative Cloud licenses will also be available for purchase through the university in the fall. Adobe Express is still free to all faculty, staff and students. 

    How do I sign in with Adobe Express?

    You can visit the direct sign in for Ohio State users. If you navigate from the Adobe website, make sure you enter your name.#@osu.edu in the email field to continue signing in with your university access.

    Where can I get support?

    The IT Service Desk can help you troubleshoot issues or route your question to the right support team. You can also check out the Adobe User Guide and Adobe Help Center for more assistance. 

    Is Adobe Express access free?

    Yes! 

    How can I keep my Adobe Creative Cloud files after my access ends?

    You can migrate your Creative Cloud assets from your student account to a personal account if you would like to keep them. You can sign in to graduation.adobe.com and follow the instructions to use their automatic migration tool. If you won't have a personal Creative Cloud account, you can manually download files and save them to your desktop or a cloud service.
