- Current license costs are $22.17 per user per year (as of 1/14/2025). The entire fiscal year must be purchased for each user. A prorated cost will be provided based on what month of the current fiscal year it is requested.
- Choose the quantity of licenses you are purchasing for individuals in your area and select “Add to Cart”
- Select “Shopping Cart”
- Select “Check Out”
- Select “Finish”. This takes you back to Workday to complete the requisition process.
- Note - The price shown is a prorated for the remainder of the contract year
- Select “Checkout”
- Once your RQ-## is approved and you receive notice of the PO number please send an email to SHI MSMidatlantic@shi.com including the PO number and request a copy of the invoice. SHI should send you a PDF with the purchase information.
- Next step is to submit a generic request with the IT Service Desk, requesting to have the license(s) assigned with the following information:
- Attach the invoice documentation received from SHI
- Include the Name.# for person(s) that need to be assigned a license
- Have the IT Service Desk assign the record to Unified Communications Support team; this is only for the Teams Premium Licenses. Please note that in the ticket request.
- The ticket will be assigned to the appropriate OTDI assignment group to assign the license(s) to the user(s).
- The OTDI Services Team will verify licenses have been assigned to the tenant. Once verified, the license(s) will be assigned to the users. The requestor will then be notified that they have been assigned.
- If the licenses have not been assigned to the tenant, the UC/O365 team member will reach out to the requestor to inform them and will work with the requestor and SHI to resolve the licensing issue.
- Note that this is a yearly charge and will need to be renewed each fiscal year after May 1st and prior to May 31st. The requestor is responsible for renewal of licenses and initiating the renewal process with the vendor. As part of the new process it may be that someone from Purchasing will reach out to see if these licenses should be renewed but be prepared to renew otherwise.
- Any changes to the license assignment to the individual users will need to be requested. Please submit a Service Now Request and assign that to Unified Communications Support team to request updates.
