Copilot Chat is part of the Microsoft 365 account that you have with the university. By accessing Copilot Chat through your Microsoft 365 account, you know that your information is protected.
Access Copilot Chat in your Microsoft 365 account by logging into the university's Microsoft web portal. Log in using your university credentials.

Once successfully logged in, click on the Copilot icon
in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
The Copilot Chat interface consists of a chat widget at the bottom of the screen that is used to input prompts and interact with the AI chat.
Effective use of Copilot requires crafting effective prompts. The View Prompts option at the top of the chat widget allows the use of predesigned and most commonly used prompts. Please see Prompting in Copilot for more details.
