Microsoft OneDrive is the university’s official cloud storage solution and should be used to store all university related records. Maintaining one platform that everyone uses makes it easier to collaborate across the university. Providing access to Google tools in addition to Microsoft allows members of our organization to collaborate with other institutions that may rely on the Google suite of products. No one at the university is required to adopt the use of these available Google products.
