Save Documents

After you have received your signed documents, you must download the completed documents and retain those documents in accordance with the record retention policy and your department’s policies and procedures.  If you do not also download the certificate of completion, the envelope ID can be used to retrieve the certificate of completion at a later date.

  1. Find the document you want to save.
  2. Click the dropdown menu on the same line as your document.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Save the document.
