Correct Documents

You can correct documents that have been sent to recipients.

  1. Find the document you want to correct.
  2. Click the dropdown menu on the same line as your document.
  3. Click Correct.
  4. Edit the documents, recipients, email message, and document fields as needed.
  5. Click the Correct button to send a corrected document to recipients.

Important Notes about Correcting Documents

  • If recipients have not finished signing, you can correct: email address, name, routing order, recipient action, messages, and authentication.
  • If you modify recipient information, a new email notification with a new link to the document is sent to all recipients who have not yet signed.
  • If any recipient has completed signing, you cannot delete or reorder documents.
  • Automatic reminders are reset from the time of the correction.
