You can correct documents that have been sent to recipients.
- Find the document you want to correct.
- Click the dropdown menu on the same line as your document.
- Click Correct.
- Edit the documents, recipients, email message, and document fields as needed.
- Click the Correct button to send a corrected document to recipients.
Important Notes about Correcting Documents
- If recipients have not finished signing, you can correct: email address, name, routing order, recipient action, messages, and authentication.
- If you modify recipient information, a new email notification with a new link to the document is sent to all recipients who have not yet signed.
- If any recipient has completed signing, you cannot delete or reorder documents.
- Automatic reminders are reset from the time of the correction.
