Details for Stronger Together Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors

The Ohio State University is pleased to welcome sponsors to our inaugural IT Conference, “Stronger Together: Merging Minds. Multiplying Impact,” taking place April 29–30, 2026, at the Ohio Union Archie M. Griffin Grand Ballroom (1739 N. High Street, Columbus, just one block north of the Michael E. Moritz College of Law).

Vendors should register online and submit the names and contact information of the staff who will attend the conference by Friday, April 3.

The conference will feature a variety of sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth across the Ohio State community.

  • Sponsors are welcome to attend all keynote talks, breakout sessions, and networking activities, including the social reception on Wednesday evening.
  • There will be breaks between sessions during which attendees can visit sponsor tables in the pre-function areas.
  • Depending on your company’s sponsorship level, you may be invited to an executive breakfast or lunch. We will inform you of any such opportunities separately.

Event Logistics

Below you’ll find important information about parking, transportation, accommodations, and shipping materials to help ensure a smooth and successful visit to campus.

Directions and Parking

Parking is available in the Ohio Union South Parking Garage, located immediately north of the Ohio Union. Additional parking information is available on the CampusParc website. You can also use our interactive Campus Maps to search for building locations and directions to the venue:

If arriving by taxi or rideshare, please instruct your driver not to drop you off on High Street (the east side of the Ohio Union). Instead, they should drop you off on 12th Avenue (the south side of the Ohio Union, just west of High Street). Alternatively, drivers may pull into the circular drive alongside the building for drop-off. This location may also be used for pickups following the conference.

Check In
  • Upon arrival at the conference, please proceed to the pre-function area, near the Ohio Union’s main lobby just outside the Archie M. Griffin Ballroom East, which will be our main conference hall.
  • Our team of volunteers will be there to greet you starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29.
  • We recommend that sponsors plan to arrive around 8:30 a.m. to allow ample time for setup before the conference opening remarks.
  • At check-in, we will provide your conference name badges and printed materials.
  • Our staff will be on hand to assist with logistics inside the Union, power for your table, etc.
Exhibit Space

All sponsor tables are located in high-traffic, pre-function space (e.g., the ballroom foyer) to maximize interaction with attendees during breaks and transitions. We will provide:

  • A skirted, 6' x 2.5' table with a black tablecloth and 1–2 chairs. If you need additional space, please coordinate with us in advance.
  • You are welcome to display brochures, swag, or equipment demos, and your company branding at your exhibit table (pop-up banners, tablecloth with logo, etc.).

Please note that employees of The Ohio State University are unable to accept gifts or raffle prizes from vendors.

Technology
  • Wi-fi Is available on campus for guests. You may use the “attwifi” or “eduroam” network and no-password is required. 
  • If your sponsor table requires power (for a laptop demo, monitor, etc.), please let us know and we will locate your table near an outlet or provide extension cords.

In addition to Ohio State’s Blackwell Inn—located on the north side of campus, less than one mile from the Ohio Union—visitors often choose to stay in one of two nearby districts:

Shipping

If you plan to ship materials to the Ohio Union in advance of the conference, please see the Ohio Union Shipping and Receiving and Loading Dock Guidelines page.

All materials will be delivered to the Ohio Union on the morning of the event and placed at your school’s/company’s table in the Grand Ballroom.
