COhatch Norms
- The Design Lab is open and available to be used by any COhatch members when it is not being used by Ohio State.
- The proximity of the restrooms means that many people often cut through the Design Lab to get to the restrooms. In order to reduce “walk throughs”, we recommend shutting open doors while meeting. There are signs that can also be placed on doors to inform COHatch members there is a private meeting in progress.
Devices Available with Design Lab Staff Assistance
- 30 iPads (Apple Pencil and Keyboard also available)
- 20 MacBook Airs
Cleaning Up After Your Event
- Use disinfectant wipes available in the space to clean tables, especially after eating food.
- Return devices to cart with help of Design Lab staff.
- Remove all dry-erase writing on the glass boards.
- Dispose of trash in receptacles available in the Design Lab or in the COhatch kitchen near the sink.
- Place cups borrowed from COhatch in the kitchen dishwasher.
