Access SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

  1. Complete Institutional Data Policy (IDP) training, available in BuckeyeLearn. 

Ensure You Are Part of the Correct Group (Tableau Access Required)

  1. Using the RAE Object Domain directory, narrow down to the Primary Domain and view permissions.
  2. Open RAE User Domain Access in a separate tab. View if you have the corresponding permission
  3. If you do not have access, complete an Enterprise for Data Analytics request. 
 

Helpful Note:

  • As of September 2024, Enterprise data in SSRS is limited to Physical Space (1 report) and Student Admissions & Enrollment data.
  • Most reporting is in Tableau Server.
