CourseLeaf

A new cross campus collaboration software solution is here! CourseLeaf is an Academic Operations Platform which is made up of the following modules:

  • CIM – Curriculum Inventory Management is a workflow system for proposing, editing, and gaining approval for new and existing courses and programs. This module is being implemented in two parts – courses go live summer of 2026, and programs will go live in 2027. This module is replacing curriculum.osu.edu.
  • CAT – Academic Catalog is used to build, edit, and publish the institution’s public-facing official academic catalog which consists of officially approved courses, programs, and policies.
  • CLSS – Class Scheduling helps departments create and manage the class schedule for each term, ensuring accuracy and efficient resource use. This module is currently only being implemented on regional campuses to replace CLARK and will go live in late Autumn 2026 for the Autumn 2027 term.

Access to each module is determined by the needs of your role at the University. If you believe you should have access to a (different) module or a different type of access, please work with your supervisor to request the appropriate access.
