Run a Report That Has Been Shared With You

Use this job aid to run a report that has been shared with you.

Reporting 2.0 reports are refreshed in real time via the Real Time Data Warehouse (RTDW). Any report that is created or refreshed has data that has been updated within minutes.

If you have additional about Reporting 2.0, contact your area’s BuckeyeLearn Administrator.  

  1. Log into BuckeyeLearn at buckeyelearn.osu.edu.

  2. Open Reporting 2.0.

    1. Hover over the Reports menu item.
    2. Click Reporting 2.0.

  3. Click Shared with Me to open reports that have been shared with you, if needed.

  4. Click the report name to open the report.

  5. Select filter options, if required.

  6.  Click the Refresh icon

    at the top right to run the report. 

     

    Critical Note:

    If no filter options are required, the report may run automatically.

  7. Review the report's results.

    Critical Note:

    Only 2,000 records can be viewed on-screen. If you see 2,000 records returned, you must download the report to see all results.

  8. Click the Excel icon

    to to export the full report to Excel.
