Purpose of Course
Ohio State’s Community Wellness Education consists of 3 online modules as a part of our commitment to safety around alcohol, prescription drugs and mental wellbeing. While students may not choose to use alcohol or other substances during their time as a college student, it is important to know the information provided in the modules to contribute to our campus community and the safety of all of those around them. The program's goals are to ensure that students have the information they need to make well-informed decisions about their safety and health throughout their time at Ohio State and beyond.
Assignments
Community Wellness Education: AlcoholEdu, Prescription Drug Safety, and Mental Wellbeing is not available in BuckeyeLearn for self-registration. Community Wellness Education curriculum is a manual assignment coordinated between Student Life and the Registrar’s Office.

Why was I assigned this/why do I have to take it?
Every first-year student and transfer undergraduate student at Ohio State is required to take this curriculum. The learner should contact sl-hwtraining@osu.edu with questions on an assignment.
Training appears on student checklist but does not appear on my BuckeyeLearn transcript .

The course won’t mark complete on my transcript.
This is a Wi-Fi connection issue. If your Wi-Fi drops during the training, the connection between the training and BuckeyeLearn is lost, resulting in the completion not getting communicated. Should this happen, contact the IT Service Desk at 614-688-4357 or through Self Service.
I’m stuck on a page and cannot move.
