Instructions from the Office of the University Registrar for creating milestones.
- Navigate to Student Milestones page.
- Select the Add a New Value tab and complete the following fields:
- Student’s ID
- Academic Institution
- Academic Career
- Academic Program
- Select Add.
To add a new milestone, select the Add a new row at row 1 link (plus sign icon) in the Milestone Detail section.
- Enter the Effective Date.
- Complete the following fields (required if applicable) on the Milestone Detail section:
- Milestone (required)
- Milestone Nbr ( required, system generated)
- Milestone Level
- Academic Plan
- Description
- Formal Description
- Milestone Title
- Term Required
- Date Required
- Anticipated Term
- Anticipated Date
- Transcript Level (official for Transcript, unofficial for Advising Report)
- Print Milestone Detail (required Satisfied to print on either Transcript or Advising Report)
Select the appropriate Advisor/Evaluator in the Advisors section.
- Enter the milestone Attempts Allowed if applicable.
- Complete the Attempts section:
- Attempt Nbr
- Grading Scheme
- Grading Basis
- Grade Input
- *Milestone Complete (required)
- How Attempted
Date Attempted
- Select the Save button.
