Enrollment Appointment - Review and Assign

Instructions from the Office of the University Registrar for assigning an enrollment appointment.

 

Navigation

 Records and Enrollment →Term Processing→ Appointments →Student Enrollment Appointment

  1. Navigate to the Student Enrollment Appointment page.
  2. Enter Search Criteria then select Search.
  3. If not already selected, choose the appropriate term from the Search Results list.
  4. Select a valid Session on the Student Enrollment Appointment page. The Enrollment Appointments section will display current enrollment appointments.

WARNING: Do not select the Only UseTerm Limits box; this will result in an error when the student enrolls in courses.

 

Assign an Enrollment Appointment

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above.
  2. Select the Find Appointment link.
  3. Select the Fetch Appointments link button.
  4. From the list of available appointments, select the Select Appointment link button for an enrollment appointment appropriate to the student's priority level.
  5. Select the Use Program Term/Session Limit option in the Select limits for Appointment selection to enforce enrollment limits for the term or session.

  6. Select the Save button.
