The instructor grading access determines the individual’s ability to access the class grade roster at the end of the term. The access levels are:
- Post: can perform all functions related to the grade roster, including entering and final posting of grades.
- Approve: can enter grades onto the grade roster, change the grade roster approval status, and cannot post final grades.
- Grade: can enter grades onto the grade roster, cannot change the grade roster approval status, and cannot post final grades.
- None: no access to the grade roster.
