The "Full Course Description in SIS?" provides a snapshot of a course's description as it currently displays in SIS and in the course description bulletin. This is to better inform individuals submitting course change requests of the likely representation of a course description in SIS. The description is composed of several data fields contained in the course request and is constructed by the Registrar during the final stage of the course request approval process. These fields include textual data from the Course Description, Prerequisite/Corequisite, Exclusions, and Cross-Listings, as well as Registrar formatted clauses created using information in data elements such as Repeatability, Grading Basis.
