Provisioned Accounts

Provisioned Secrets allows a service owner to create secrets for their users, and give those secrets to the user in a secure manner. The Provisioned Secrets process puts the secret directly into the requesting user's Individual Work Folders (IWF), and rotates the password on both the secret and the target account. This process allows the creation and distribution of both individually named accounts and service accounts, without knowledge of the initial password, or the need to communicate the initial password.

For more information on Individual Work Folders, see Individual Work Folders (IWF)
