SFTP and administrative access is based on the University’s name.# authentication system and all staff who will access Web Hosting must be identified by it. A current name.# is also required to open a ticket for assistance with the IT Service Desk 24/7 at 614-688-4357 (HELP), Self Service, or servicedesk@osu.edu.
To Order a Website
Eligible sites fall into the following categories:
- OSU Colleges
- OSU Departments
- OSU Offices
- OSU Affiliates (ex. the Wexner Center, WOSU TV and Radio Stations)
- Other OSU Academic units, including Centers, Labs, Acadmic Journals and Organizations
