- Leveraged Salesforce (Buckeye360) to improve student services, including streamlining student interactions and bulk case management.
- Introduced new features such as dining information, weather updates, and dynamic class search filters, to the Ohio State Mobile App, improving functionality for over 200,000 users.
- Enhanced the PeopleSoft Student system processes, including secure data transfers for student-athletes and automation of admissions-related workflows.
- Upgraded student supporting technology platforms like EDWARD for graduate admissions and improved chatbot accessibility for better engagement.
