Jennifer Elliott, Senior Privacy Officer
Jennifer Elliott is a senior privacy officer working on developing and implementing a privacy compliance program at The Ohio State University. The Ohio State privacy program focuses on upholding a set of key guiding principles surrounding the collection, use and sharing of personal information. She works with members of the Ohio State community on various initiatives including completing privacy impact assessments, assessing privacy controls, and joining teams tackling projects with privacy-related issues such as texting, student analytics, and data governance.
Jennifer most recently worked for eleven years as the Privacy Officer of the Wexner Medical Center. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and obtained a master’s degree from Yale University. Jennifer also has a law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
