A checklist was created in the spring of 2025 to assist users who needed to transition from the ODS to the RAE. Below are the steps that were included in that checklist.
- Have you requested your individual account in the RAE?
- Go to https://osuitsm.service-now.com/selfservice/order_splash, select the Access Management category, and then click on the Enterprise Data for Analytics Access

- Connection information for the RAE needed for tools other than MS Access.

- Are you signed up to receive updates?
- The same email list that was used for the ODS will be continued for the RAE. If you are already signed up, you do not have to sign up again.
