Workday Training Timeline

This article is being shared from the Enterprise Project news blog. As communicated in May, go-live for Workday will be the week of January 3, 2021:

• Workday HR and Payroll will go live on January 3, 2021.
• Workday Finance and Supply Chain will go live on January 7, 2021.

What does this mean for training?

The training window for the January go-live will be September 14 through December 18. In preparation of training, curriculum assignments have started loading on BuckeyeLearn Transcripts for finance and HR professionals.

Workday training information and some initial self-service training materials are available within the About Training section of the Enterprise Project website. Additional curriculum assignments will be made over the summer. 

Ohio State’s Workday Student timeline remains unchanged, with implementation planned to begin in summer 2023. See the project site’s Timing page for an overview of these dates and other important information.
