"Find Spend Authorization Summary – OSU" and "Find Spend Authorization Details – OSU" Report Enhancements

Several enhancements have been applied to the "Find Spend Authorization Summary – OSU" and "Find Spend Authorization Details – OSU" reports to allow greater flexibility and clarification of report fields.  See the summary listed below for changes to each report. 

Find Spend Authorization Summary – OSU: 

Added columns to the report output: 

• Cost Center Hierarchy 7
• Cost Center Hierarchy 8 

Enhanced Report Prompt:

• "Funding Line Cost Center Hierarchy level 6” is now “Funding Line Cost Center Hierarchies 6, 7 & 8” and may be run for Cost Center Hierarchy level 6, 7, or 8

Find Spend Authorization Details – OSU: 

Added columns to the report output: 

• Cost Center Hierarchy 7
• Cost Center Hierarchy 8

Updated columns for clarity: 

• "Total Spend Authorization Remaining Balance at the Header(Includes all Expense Report Statuses)" is now "Total Spend Authorization Remaining Commitments/Pre-Encumbrances(Includes all Expense Report Statuses)"
• "Total Spend Authorization Remaining Balance at the Header (Approved Expense Reports Only)" is now "Total Spend Authorization Remaining Commitments/Pre-Encumbrances(Approved Expense Reports Only)"
• "SA Line Obligation Amount Remaining (Includes all Expense Report statuses)" is now "SA Line Remaining Commitments/Pre-Encumbrances (Includes all Expense Report statuses)" 
• "SA Line Actual Obligation Amount Remaining (Approved Expense Reports Only)" is now "SA Line Actual Remaining Commitments/Pre-Encumbrances (Approved Expense Reports Only)" 

Enhanced Report Prompt: 

• “Funding Line Cost Center Hierarchy level 6” is now “Funding Line Cost Center Hierarchies” which may be ran for any Cost Center Hierarchy
