Submit Timesheet

Only biweekly employees have access to eTimesheet. Monthly employees do not submit timesheets.


1. Sign on at with your name.# and password.

2. Click the "View Timesheet" link for the current week.

3. Record time worked for each day.  You can click the “Preferences” link or tab to select either the “Hours worked” or “In/Out” timesheet format as directed by your supervisor

a. If you’re using an “Hours worked” timesheet (example below), record hours worked each day.

b. If you're using an "In/Out" timesheet, record the time in and out for the day (example below). The time calculates automatically.

4. If you enter your time daily, click the "Save for Later" button at the bottom of the page. If you are finished with your time for the week, click the "Submit for Approval" button. When your timesheet is approved, you will be notified by email, or you can monitor the status on the timesheet home page.
